Together with other scientific societies, ISC is once again supporting the GPIU Study 2007. Urologists in cooperation with ID specialist and Clinical Microbiologist are encouraged to take part in this study.

  • The GPIU study 2007 is a one-day prevalence study. It is internet based and will investigate the prevalence of UTI and SSI in hospitalised urology patients
  • GPIU-investigators will receive EU-ACME credit points
  • The study protocol and patient forms can be downloaded from the internet.
  • Study days are in November 13-15, 20-22 or 27-29, 2007. The exact participation days can be chosen by each urology department.
