Staphylococcus Symposium: The evolving S. aureus epidemic – global focus on MRSA
|
This symposium has been organised in conjunction with ISC by the Staphylococcus Institute, a non-profit organization that brings together physicians, scientists and other health care professionals involved in research, patient care, public health, disease prevention and education. This meeting covers the major facets of staphylococcus infections, including pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The main themes of the symposium are The Evolving MRSA Epidemic and Response, Therapeutics, Today and Tomorrow, Molecules to Man: Translational Medicine.

3rd ISC European Conference on Bloodstream Infections

This meeting takes place immediately before the 10th meeting of the International Society for Cardiovascular Infectious Diseases (ISCVID) (Naples, April 26 – 28, 2009) and will be held as a Joint Meeting between ISC and ISCVID. The organizers will facilitate transportation for delegates attending both meetings.
The Conference is designed to offer active participation of all attendees with time allocated to allow intensive discussions. Leading experts in the field have agreed to participate in the programme which covers the following topics:
- Diagnosis and Management of Sepsis

10th International Symposium on Modern Concepts in Endocarditis and Cardiovascular Infections

This 10th symposium has been organised by the International Society of Cardiovascular Infectious Diseases (ISCVID) in collaboration with ISC. The target audience includes infectious disease physicians and investigators, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, internists, clinical microbiologists and other scientists.
